Fees
Below are various fees due throughout the year. The recital fee covers venue rental, recital tickets, a themed recital shirt for each dancer, and a video recording of the recital.

Payment Options
Payments
Payments may be made by credit/debit card, ACH bank draft, check, or cash.
Families may enroll in automatic draft payments, which will be processed on the 1st of each month.
Individual card payments may also be made through your Parent Portal account.
Late Payments
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
Payments not received by the 15th of the month will incur a $10 late fee.
Failed or returned payments will incur a $25 fee.
Accounts must be paid and current in order for dancers to participate in the end-of-year recital.
Refund Policy
Tuition payments are non-refundable.
If a student withdraws from class, a credit for future classes may be available at the discretion of the studio.

​The majority of studio communication will be sent via email. Please check your email regularly to stay informed of important dates, announcements, and studio updates.

Additional Policies
Costume Returns
If a costume is returned for a refund rather than a size exchange, a return and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal from classes must be submitted in writing, preferably by email, on or before the 1st day of the month to avoid being charged for that month's tuition.
No verbal notification will be accepted as an official withdrawal.

Attendance
Consistent attendance is encouraged for all dancers. Dance is both an athletic and artistic activity, and students make the greatest progress when they attend class regularly.
If your dancer will be absent, please notify the studio as soon as possible.

Weather
The studio follows Searcy Public School District for weather-related closures.
There are no refunds or credits for classes canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond the studio's control.
Dance Photos
Taking and purchasing dance photos is optional.
Regardless of intent to purchase, students are encouraged to attend picture day as we would love to capture all students in the group photo(s).
Payments for photos are made directly to the photographer and are not processed through the studio.​
